The Scottish Futures Trust is the independent company responsible for improving value for money in public infrastructure investment projects such as schools, transport, health and regeneration.
One of its main functions is to find new ways to raise affordable finance in today’s tight financial environment.
Colin Proctor joined SFT in December 2009 as Accommodation Director with particular responsibility for driving forward the hub and schools programmes.
Colin is a chartered surveyor and most recently was a Partner in a large international construction consultancy practice. He has over 20 years experience of working in the construction and property development market, advising on major projects and programmes across the UK and Ireland in a wide range of sectors.
