Isobel Lindsay comes with a long history of invovlement in Scottish Politics. Professionally, she was a lecturer in sociology at Strathclyde University, and was a member of the Scottish constitutional Convention.

A peace activitst, Isobel is currently vice-convener for Scottish CND. A regular contributor to the Scottish Left Review, she also sits on their Editorial Board.
